Nairagi with Ginger & Green Onion1 pound nairagi (striped marlin; ahi or mahimahi may be used instead)Flour, for dusting Oil for frying 1 4-inch piece ginger 1 cup chopped green onion 3 tablespoons soy sauce Mince ginger in food processor. Combine with green onion in small pan. Add soy sauce and bring to boil. Pour over fillets.
