Police seek suspect in shooting of horse

At 3:40 p.m. Saturday, the horse's owner reported from a residence on Kohala Mountain Road that his black Arabian stallion had been shot and wounded with a high-caliber firearm.

North Kohala patrol officers have turned the case over to the West Hawaii Criminal Investigation Section.
