LOVING 'LIFE': Giorgio Taye welcomed Chanelle Kukona, left, Pohai Valentin, Malia Song and Jeannette Pape to "Life," the "Friday night soiree" he co-promoted with Grant Mitchell Fukuda and the Stone Groove Family at E&O Trading Co. in Ward Centre on Friday. A capacity crowd enjoyed the casual "Asian warehouse ambience" of the restaurant while waiting for drink service. Several partyers described the vibe as "like Indigo, but larger and with free parking." Others liked G-Dog's eclectic choices in retro music.

GREAT 'TIRAMISU': Jon Brekke, left, director of The Actors Group production of "Tiramisu on the Beach," congratulated Dorothy Stamp, Eric Nemoto, standing, and James McCarthy after the threesome played to an overflow crowd at the Yellow Brick Studio on Saturday. So many paying customers showed up that Brekke gave up his seat and listened from the hallway. TAG's provocative look at the ways men and women relate to the concept of sexual harassment plays again on Thursday.

ASSESSING A SEQUEL: Lindsey Chun-Hori met Christian Yrizarry at the preview of "XXX: State of the Union" at Dole Cannery on Thursday. Yrizarry found it "mildly entertaining" and slightly less unrealistic than the first "XXX" film.

SHE CAME TO SHOP!: Richelle Liu, right, had both hands full as she shopped with Neysa Taba during the "Lush" party at Armani Exchange on Friday. DJ Kool E provided the music from an improvised booth on the second floor, and Sam the Man of 102.7 Da Bomb added color commentary.

TWO LORDS: "Lord of the Dance" cast members Ciara Lennon, left, Don McCarron, Ashling Dunney, Adam McSharry and Geraldine Bergin posed for photos and enjoyed kalua pig and sushi at the party that followed the opening-night show in the Blaisdell Concert Hall on Friday. McCarron gave a powerful performance in the title role, and McSharry was another favorite as the evil Dark Lord.
