In the kitchen area of a tent, Patrick Canoy wondered aloud yesterday what to do tomorrow when he and 100 others will be evicted from camps at Oneula Beach in Ewa. Having nowhere else to go, he plans to move to the beach area. "We're doing the best we can," said Canoy, who has been living in Oneula Park for a year.
