S-B earns APSE top 10s

For the second year in a row, the Associated Press Sports Editors have honored the Star-Bulletin's UH football preview. But this year that award has some company.

Last year the "H-Men" comic book received an APSE finalist award as one of the top 10 special sections in the country by a newspaper with a circulation of 40,000-100,000.

This year the "QB" magazine featuring record-setting coverboy Tim Chang was honored.

Also honored this week was Kalani Simpson, named one of the nation's top 10 columnists in our circulation group for a collection of his work.
