Raiders fend
off Punahou

Kyle Pape's basket with 5 seconds left completed Iolani's rally from a five-point deficit in the final minute as the Raiders closed out the regular season with a stunning 44-43 Interscholastic League of Honolulu victory over Punahou last night at Iolani.

Brenton Lee scored a game-high 15 points to lead the Buffanblu, who led the entire second half until the final 5 seconds. Kawika Shoji, Pape, and Vinny Nip each scored 12 points to lead Iolani.

Quincy Crowell scored 12 points and Kamalu Miller added 10, but it was the Warriors' defense, which limited ILH leading scorer Jack Miller to just four points, that helped the Warriors clinch third place in the ILH regular season.

Kellen Hastie scored 14 points to lead the Owls past the Monarchs.
