HEI maintains its dividend

Hawaiian Electric Industries Inc. is leaving its quarterly dividend unchanged at 31 cents a share, yielding 4.3 percent.

The company will pay the dividend March 10 to stockholders as of Feb. 16. Hawaiian Electric has scheduled its annual stockholders meeting for April 26 at the American Savings Bank Tower downtown.

>> Marriott International has appointed Channing Bridges area market director of group sales, Pacific Islands and Japan. He will be responsible for bringing corporate meetings and incentive groups in North America to 11 properties in the company's portfolio of Hawaii resort hotels. He previously served as the Kapalua Bay Hotel and Ocean Villas sales and marketing director.

» Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties has hired Konrad H. Ikei as marketing director. He previously served as City Bank's vice president and creative services manager.
