Matthew Lau, along with 90 other kids at Waiokelo Church Preschool in Kahala, were treated to 10 tons of "snow" yesterday from a local supplier. It was the second time in two years that the 3- and 4-year-olds experienced throwing snowballs and making snow figures at the site.
