Pamela Young sails the seven seas in search of seafood.

‘Seafeast’ special
on ‘Mixed Plate’

KITV's Pamela Young travels the seven seas for "Mixed Plate Seafeast," in which she samples the fruits de la mer, as they are prepared and appreciated in their home countries.

The first stop on the program is Australia, where hundreds of varieties of seafood are auctioned each morning to Sydney hotels and restaurants.

From there, she'll chew on eel in China, snapper from the Red Sea, bass from Tuscany, cuttlefish in Korea, and black-ink squid pasta, as served in San Francisco's North Beach.

The program airs at 7 p.m. tomorrow and repeats at 2:30 p.m. Sunday.
