Nicholas Pang, the 9 1/2-month-old son of Jean and Neil Pang, wasn't particularly thrilled about his first visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus at Ward Warehouse yesterday. The Clauses will return today from noon to 6 p.m. for more pictures. There also is lunch with Santa every weekend before Christmas at the Old Spaghetti Factory, starting this Saturday at 10:30 a.m. Proceeds benefit the Boys & Girls Club. For reservations, call 589-2513.

Angelika Sliwowski, 4, served up some candied yams during the Thanksgiving of Hope meal service yesterday. Approximately 600 free meals were served outdoors at Bethel and Hotel streets, with volunteers from local organizations serving food donated to the event. "This event is to remind people that Thanksgiving is not just one day a year, but every day," said Sharon Black, organizer and outreach worker of the program.
