Mango mousse
has flair

These dishes were prepared by Chef Angela Fomar-Smith of Y. Hata & Co. on "The Electric Kitchen" Sunday. The program airs at 4:30 p.m. on KITV/ABC.

Mango with White Chocolate Mousse

1 cup mango dessert sauce (see notes)
24 assorted chocolate shells (see notes)
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup Braun white chocolate mousse mix (see notes)
1/3 cup warm water
Fresh mango slices for garnish

Place mango dessert sauce into a squeeze bottle; partially fill chocolate shells with sauce; set aside.

In large bowl of electric mixer, whip cream; set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together mousse mix and water. Fold whipped cream into mousse mixture; spoon into a piping bag with a star tip and pipe mousse into chocolate shells. Garnish with slices of mango. Makes 24 dessert cups.
