I have the will, desire and determination to work with residents, city/state agencies and officials to make our community and our state a safer and healthier place to live.

What would you do to combat the state's crystal methamphetamine abuse epidemic?

Create a Weed and Seed state. Communities would not have to compete for site designation. Drug dealers would be dealt with swiftly. Drug users would be given proper treatment. Law enforcement would be given the means to effectively address this epidemic.

What can the Legislature do to improve Oahu's traffic congestion?

First, the Legislature needs to stop raiding transportation funding. Last year, the Legislature raided $1.5 billion available funds that should have used to address this problem. Second, establish collaborative ... efforts with public and private entities. ..
