The state Capitol throws a party
for Children and Youth Month

At any rate, driver Dustin Blumhoefer was prepared to yield the right of way. The event was part of a month-long celebration sponsored by the Hawaii Youth Services Network, the Legislature's Keiki Caucus and various community organizations.
