Ronald McDonald was enough to stop traffic yesterday at the Zippy's Children and Youth Day festival at the state Capitol. At any rate, driver Dustin Blumhoefer was prepared to yield the right of way. The event was part of a month-long celebration sponsored by the Hawaii Youth Services Network, the Legislature's Keiki Caucus and various community organizations.
