AUGIE SELLS OUT!: Augie T, left, relaxed backstage with his wife, Kim, and producer Dirk Fukushima moments before giving a career-best performance before a sold-out house at the Hawaii Theatre on Saturday. A spokesman for the Hawaii Theatre said that Augie was the first comedian -- local or national -- to sell out a show there. Augie distinguished himself with a show that was well-paced, positive, thought-provoctive and "clean."Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa was among the VIPs who joined Augie, Kim and the Tulba ohana for a small party at the theater after the show.

CHECKING OUT "ITALIA": Melissa "Mel" Cambra, left, and Tiana Fo were among the lucky ones who got into the Ocean Club for Russell Tanoue's monthly Piranha Room party on Saturday. The theme for the night was "Seven Wonders of the World: Italia," and a capacity crowd enjoyed the dance mixes created by Tanoue's special guests DJ Frankie and DJ R.O.B., who flew in from Las Vegas for the evening.

WAY TO GO, GUYS!: Russell Tanoue, center, creator of the Piranha Room, congratulated VIP guests Jason Ulep, left, and Laka Carpenter as they enjoyed the party. Ulep was profiled recently on "Heroes" for his work with children in his Hypersquad Dance Company. Carpenter co-produced O-Shen's hot new album, "Rising Son."

"STRIKE A POSE..." : Jane Loo, left, Amber Stone and Liana Green enjoyed the Piranha Room vibe in the upper level reserved area. The decor evoked the ambience of a dinner party in rural Italy, and the Ocean Club chefs outdid themselves in creating a buffet of hot and cold items in keeping with the "Notti Italiane/Tuscan" theme.
