>> Finance Factors has hired Aaron Sato as an assistant vice president in finance. He will be responsible for managing the company's treasury functions. Before joining the company, he served as a Central Pacific Bank's senior treasury analyst.

>> Ruth's Chris Steak House at Restaurant Row at has appointed Jay Kaneshiro manager. He began his career in the industry as a Ruth's Chris bus boy in 1997. He previously worked for Ryan's Grill, Ward Centre, as dinner manager, bar manager and lunch manager.

>> Raymond James Financial Services Inc. has appointed Wesley S. Suzawa as senior vice president of sales and business development manager. He previously served as a First Hawaiian Bank assistant vice president.

>> Ana Seidl will direct media relations for Gib Black Advertising Group. She has an extensive advertising background including retail, travel and tourism, package goods and financial. She most recently worked for the Loomis Agency.

PROMOTIONS

>> PBR Hawaii has promoted Kimi Mikami Yuen to associate. She will be responsible for managing planning and design projects. Before joining the company she worked as an environmental planner for another Honolulu planning firm.

>> Mason Architects Inc. has appointed John Fullmer and Marianne Cooper as partners. Fullmer will also serve as vice president and corporate secretary. He previously worked as a Navy projects manager. Cooper has practiced architecture for more than 16 years.

>> Hawaiian Electric Co. has promoted Harold Kageura to energy delivery vice president. He will be responsible for all activities related to power transmission and distribution to customers. He previously served as manager for the company's Construction and Maintenance Department.

>> Krispy Kreme Doughnuts on Maui has appointed three people to management positions. Michelle "Chelle" Angel has been appointed general manager of the Hawaii Krispy Kreme franchise owner, KremeWorks HI LLC. She will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the Kahului store. Neil Swanson has been promoted to the franchise's No. 2 manager. He brings more than 20 years of restaurant experience. Carol Orozco has also been appointed to No. 2 manager. Before joining the company in November 2001 she served as a store manager in Seattle.

>> Maui Divers Jewelry has promoted Savina Wendin to regional sales manager. She will be responsible for overseeing the sales efforts on Maui and Kauai as well as assisting with special projects. She most recently served as Maui district manager.
