Asoau leads Campbell
to win over Waialua

The Sabers' 49-3 win keeps
them unbeaten in the OIA White


Quarterback Shaye Asoau threw for 145 yards as the Campbell Sabers defeated the Waialua Bulldogs 49-3 to remain undefeated in the OIA White.

Asoau threw two touchdowns, ran in one and kicked five extra points.

Campbell led 20-0 before Waialua's Nainoa Kinney kicked a 35-yard field goal in the second quarter.

Moanalua 49, Kalani 8: Stanford Leti scored twice in the first three quarters and the Menehunes started the game with 35 points to beat the Falcons.

Leti ran for 81 yards on 13 carries and scored again in the fourth quarter to close out the rout.

James Miyashiro scored Kalani's only touchdown but was held to 14 yards on the ground and the Menehunes held the Falcons to just 18 yards rushing.
