Kumu Valerie Pollack of Na Wahine O Ka Hula Mai Ka Pu'uwai danced with her halau at Kapiolani Park Bandstand yesterday as part of the 64th annual Na Hula Festival. The city Department of Parks and Recreation's Culture and Arts Section presented the second of two concerts featuring students enrolled in the department's hula classes.
