Architects Ann Yoklavich and Matt Gilbertson spruced up the exterior of the Kakaako Pump Station yesterday. Volunteers from the Hawaii Architectural Foundation, along with the Hawaii Community Development Authority, removed broken window panes and did other work until further restoration efforts are funded.
