Food will be distributed
next week to those

Volunteers with Honolulu Community Action Program Inc. will be distributing rice, canned salmon, beans, instant dry milk, pudding, raisins and pears to eligible recipients on Oahu next week.

The distribution will occur Tuesday through Friday from 8 a.m. to noon or until supplies run out.

Eligible recipients for the food must sign up and be certified as eligible by HCAP workers at the distribution sites. To be eligible, recipients must have ID with photo and meet income criteria.

» Central district, Wednesday: Old Haleiwa Gym, Wahiawa Recreation Center, Waipahu Recreation Center, Makalapa Community Center, Ewa Beach Calvary Chapel

» Kalihi district, Thursday: Kamehameha Homes, Kuhio Park Terrace Building B, Lanakila Multipurpose Senior Center, Safeway market (Pali), Palama Settlement

» Waianae district, Friday: HCAP Waianae office, Camp Andrews, Kapolei Shopping Center (Ewa end of McDonald's)
