During the Ninth Annual AT&T Hawaii Dragon Boat festival in the Ala Moana Beach Park swimming channel, Brison Kalahiki of the Mufi Hannemann team raised the finish flag in victory yesterday as their team won the final race to become the overall winner in the open division.
