Exuberance & joy

Fans of the late John Young's work are in for a treat. Robyn Buntin Galleries is exhibiting Young's oils from the Chris Hemmeter Estate and the John Young Foundation in "Exuberance & Joy: Works by John Young." Select pieces from the foundation will be for sale.

Among the works in the show are Young's playful children's paintings and colorful abstracts that "were created with a spontaneous brush," the gallery states.

Robyn Buntin Galleries are located at 848 S. Beretania St. Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays to Saturdays. For more information, call 523-5913.
