Washington Gov. Gary Locke visited the after-school program at Na Kula Kalapuni O Anuenue Elementary School in Palolo Valley yesterday. He toured the campus and attended a short program by the students in his honor. The students performed chants and gave him gifts. Afterward he visited with students and Locke got a high-five from student Aulii Aikau-Osurman.

At Sandy Beach, Christy Lopez watched as Diamond Okimoto and Chris Mullen walked down the beach on their hands. After bodysurfing, they were performing gymnastics on the beach.
