Hawaii Democratic Party chairman, explaining why his voice is on a radio ad in which the Hawaii Fire Fighters Association endorses mayoral candidate Mufi Hannemann. Galuteria, a radio and TV personality, recorded the voice-over in 2002 and is not identified in the ad. The mayoral race is nonpartisan and the Democratic Party chairman is supposed to remain neutral.
