20TH CENTURY FOX
Will Smith, left, stars as a homicide detective in the futuristic action-mystery "I, Robot."

"A Cinderella Story": Hillary Duff plays a dorky high school girl who tries to escape from her overbearing stepmother (Jennifer Coolidge) to meet a dream guy she only knows through cell phone notes and e-mails, at a big Halloween school dance. (PG)

"De-Lovely": This is an original portrait of American composer Cole Porter (Kevin Kline) that's filled with his unforgettable songs, such as "Night and Day" and "In the Still of the Night." Porter looks back on his life as if it was one of his spectacular stage shows, filled with the people and events of his life. Ashley Judd and Jonathan Pryce co-star. (PG-13)

"I, Robot": Will Smith stars in this action-mystery set in Chicago 2035, as a slightly paranoid homicide detective who is the only person who believes that a robot -- now considered trusting, everyday household help -- can commit murder. Directed by Alex Proyas ("Dark City" and "The Crow"). (PG-13)

"Napoleon Dynamite": A quirky independent film about a quirky teenager growing up in the hinterlands of Idaho with a love for dancing and the way of the ninja. Actually, he's really just trying to understand his life while living with his uncle, whose shady business deals make Napoleon's difficult social life in Preston even more difficult. (PG)
