OUTSTANDING FARRINGTON SCHOLAR
Aileen Duran received the Wallace Rider Farrington scholarship Tuesday night from Mary Poole-Burlingame, Honolulu Star-Bulletin editorial page editor, and Charles Hite, the great-grandson of Farrington, at a ceremony at Farrington High School. The scholarship, created by former Star-Bulletin owner Farrington, is presented annually.
