Woman says she was
drugged and assaulted
Police said a 46-year-old woman was sexually assaulted after she accepted an invitation from a 65-year-old man to join him on his boat at the Ala Wai Boat Harbor.
Police said the woman consumed alcohol on the boat and felt she had been drugged.
Police said she awoke the next morning and sought medical treatment and examination at Kapiolani Medical Center.
Police arrested the suspect, of McCully at 2:30 p.m. yesterday for first-degree sexual assault. He was later released pending investigation.
