» Dane Sardinha (Kamehameha, Pepperdine) had quite a week for the Louisville Bats of the Class AAA International League last week. The catcher was 9-for-17 (.529) with two doubles and three home runs.
» Bronson Sardinha (Kamehameha) is third in batting in the Florida State League and tied for first with his 39 hits. He is second in RBIs and his .438 on-base percentage is fourth best in the league.
» Jeff Coleman (Hawaii), who struggled with a 15.43 earned-run average in five appearances for the Midland Rockhounds in the Class AA Texas League, was transferred to the Modesto A's in the Class A California League by the Oakland Athletics. In five appearances for Modesto, he has three saves.
» Benny Agbayani (Saint Louis, Hawaii Pacific) hit a home run completely out of Yahoo! BB Stadium, which was known as Green Stadium Kobe when it served as Ichiro Suzuki's home park, off Orix Blue Wave pitcher Hidetaka Kawagoe last week.
