He is survived by wife Bernice V.; sons Franklin Borling, Peter James, and Garrett Freitas; daughters Susan Jeremiah, Anita Seals, Esther Pila, and Denise Freitas-Ferreira; mother Margaret V.; sister Mildred Souza; 19 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
