The Massage Therapists Association of Hawaii and American Massage Therapy Association observed the Ninth Annual Legislative Massage Awareness Day yesterday by giving massages at the state Capitol. Schantell Taylor, one of 35 massage therapists, gave a foot massage to Eileen Mortenson, a staffer in Rep. Barbara Marumoto's office. The left foot was a grayish-white tone as Taylor massaged in a clay coating to pull out impurities.
