Noted national punk rock poster artist Mike Murphy lent his skills to help advertise tonight's show downtown.

Jason Miller of the punk promotion company Hawaiian Express continues to celebrate its ninth anniversary this month with two Japanese bands headlining at the downtown Club Pauahi.

Hard-core band Birushanah and melodic punk rockers Shot Each will be showcased, with local bands Piece of Junk and Mistermeaner opening the festivities.

So after you've had your emo fill of Dashboard Confessional at Pipeline Cafe, head downtown and go crazy downtown!

» Place: Club Pauahi, 68 S. Pauahi St.

» Time: 10 p.m. today

» Admission: $5, all ages
