Asashoryu starts
March with win


Yokozuna Asashoryu defended his rank in the Haru Basho at Osaka yesterday, dropping Shimotori out of the ring with a tsuridashi (lift out).

Asashoryu will get a tougher test today, when he takes on Miyabiyama.
