>> The National Transportation Safety Board released a preliminary report during the weekend concerning the Jan. 31 crash of a Hawaii Air Ambulance plane on the Big Island. A story on Page A14 in yesterday's early edition incorrectly said the Federal Aviation Administration released the report.

>> Family members of three Americans killed in a car bombing in Gaza in the Middle East on Oct. 15 received a certificate of tribute and a flag that had been flown over the U.S. State Department in a ceremony last Friday. A story on Page A9 in yesterday's early edition incorrectly said that family members of three survivors received the honors.

>> Andrew Meneses was a witness to the aftermath of the Friday fatal accident on H-1. His last name was misspelled on some subsequent references in an article on Page A1 Saturday.
