Asashoryu moves
to 12-0


TOKYO >> Yokozuna Asashoryu improved to 12-0 today at the New Year Grand Sumo Tournament by defeating Tosanoumi (3-9).

Kotomitsuki is alone in second place after defeating Chiyotaikai (9-3) to improve to 10-2.

Chiyotaikai is tied for third with Kakizoe, Kaio, Shimotori and Asanowaka.
