"We have been extremely fortunate to have Lurline as our CEO for the past six and a half years," said Gregson. "Under her leadership, 'Olelo has flourished. While we are saddened by her decision and will miss her, we respect her desire to pursue her personal interests."

Said McGregor, "After more than two decades of public and community service, I'm ready to pursue some of my own film and television productions."

'Olelo's board has begun a "national search" for a new executive director.
