Sea Warriors stop Tigers for second win

Marvin Noble scored 23 points and pulled down five rebounds as the Hawaii Pacific basketball team got its second win of the season, 81-68 over Doane last night at Mills Gym.

Noble was perfect in 10 tries from the free-throw line and only took eight shots from the field. Aaron Abrams was next on the scoresheet with 17 points and Albert Tecul chipped in 15. Audrius Peciukas led the Sea Warriors (2-8) with 10 rebounds.

Brian Jakubowski led the Tigers (7-8) with 18 points and Michael Stoynev pitched in 17.

The Sea Warriors were never in trouble and led by 11 at the half.
