>> Philana Boubier's first name was misspelled as Philna in a photo caption on Page A3 in yesterday's early edition.

>> A total of 390 Hawaii-based Army reservists have been put on alert for possible duty in Iraq. A Page A1 headline in yesterday's early edition incorrectly said that (National) Guard units had been put on alert.

>> Staff Sgt. Cameron Sarno, 43, a 1979 Waipahu High School graduate, died Sept. 1 in Kuwait. Second Lt. Jeremy L. Wolfe, 27, a 2002 Hawaii Pacific University graduate, died Saturday in Iraq. Their names were excluded from a list on Page A10 in some editions Wednesday of people with Hawaii ties who have been killed in the war in Iraq.

>> KSSK traffic reporter Jason Yotsuda was one of several people monitoring morning rush hour Wednesday at the city's Traffic Management Center. A story on Page A1 in Wednesday's Night Final incorrectly stated that he was alone.

>> Universal Pictures is involved with Lane Nishikawa's film "Only The Brave." Negotiations for use of Universal's production services are continuing. A Page A1 article yesterday incorrectly reported that DreamWorks was involved.

>> A wheelchair ramp for Renisha Jahier was stolen Nov. 3. An A1 caption in yesterday's morning edition incorrectly said the theft occurred Wednesday.

>> A graphic on Page A11 Sunday and A2 yesterday incorrectly listed the address for the Good Neighbor Fund as P.O. Box 13728. The correct address: c/o Helping Hands Hawaii, P.O. Box 17328, Honolulu, HI 96817.

>> The Pearl Harbor-bound destroyer USS Chafee was commissioned Oct. 18. A story on Page A18 Sunday incorrectly stated that the ship was commissioned Oct. 11.

>> Daniel Ulrich's first name was incorrectly listed as David in a promo and caption on Page A2 Friday. Also, the first name of his son Myles was misspelled as Miles in the same caption.

>> A map with "Neighborhood sales" on Page C1 yesterday showed an incorrect location for Makaha. The map at right shows where the community is on Oahu.
