Tochiazuma,
Asashoryu remain tied


FUKUOKA, Japan >> Yokozuna Asashoryu and Tochiazuma each won today to remain tied for first place with 11-1 records at the Kyushu tournament.

Tochiazuma defeated Takamisakari and Asashoryu beat Musoyama.

Chiyotaikai and Dejima are tied for second at 9-3.

Yokozuna Musashimaru, or Hawaii's Fiamalu Penitani, retired from the sport on Saturday.
