FUKUOKA, Japan >> Hokutoriki and Tochiazuma remained undefeated today at the Kyushu tournament.

Yokozuna Musashimaru, or Hawaii's Fiamalu Penitani, improved to 3-3 after beating Kotomitsuki (1-5) by yorikiri (frontal force out).

The basho's other yokozuna, Asashoryu, also won, improving to 5-1 by beating Miyabiyama (3-3) also by yorikiri.

Kyokushuzan lost to Toki (3-3) to fall out of a tie for first place.
