A DREAMY AFTERNOON: Felix Chavez, left, and Mariko Lyons congratulated Kensei Takeda and Dale Young after the fashion show that introduced Takeda's one-of-a-kind jewelry designs in the Monarch Room on Sunday. Chavez and Lyons danced two Argentine tangos as a dramatic counter-point to the parade of ethnic and classic designs. (Young helped produce the event).

THE RED PARTY #1: Paul Perri and Kamakoa Page enjoyed the in-group exclusivity extended to a select clientele by the staff of Christian Dior during the 2003 Red Party at Ala Moana Center Sunday night. Thirty-one up-scale stores invited their best customers and assorted VIPs to the high fashion party while 14 island restaurants provided unlimited food and drinks.
