Musashimaru, Asashoryu
both fall in Kyushu

Musashimaru, or Hawaii's Fiamalu Penitani, and fellow yokozuna Asashoryu lost at the Kyushu sumo tournament in Fukuoka, Japan, today, dropping their records to 1-1.

Musashimaru was caught in a simple yorikiri (frontal force out) to lose pace with the 10 unbeatens. Asashoryu was also caught in a yorikiri, one of sumo's most basic finishing moves.

Musashimaru will test himself against Tochinonada tomorrow and shouldn't have as tough a time as Asashoryu did. Musashimaru has faced Tochinonada 20 times in his career, beating him 17.
