Eldon Shipman English, Sr., 91, of Volcano, Hawaii, a dairy farm owner and rancher, died Nov. 5, 2003, in Life Care Center of Hilo. He was also a former director of Puna Soil & Water Conservation District and vice president and director of W.H. Shipman, Ltd. He was born in Hilo.
