Real Estate firm Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties will begin accepting sales reservations Sunday for a new luxury residential condominium in Waikiki.

The Windsor, at 343 Hobron Lane between Discovery Bay and Canterbury Place, has 179 units for sale with prices starting at $260,000 for a one-bedroom unit and $309,000 for a two-bedroom unit.

Square footage on one bedrooms ranges from about 564 square feet to 676 square feet, according to Christine O'Brien, Coldwell Banker's project manager. Two-bedrooms range from 915 square feet to 1,122 square feet, she said.

The building, formerly an Outrigger Ohana hotel, was initially planned as an upscale retirement community. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, putting green, walking track and barbecue area located on the building's 45th-floor sky terrace. Monthly maintenance fees will run around $500 per month depending on the unit, O'Brien said.

The building will be ready for occupancy in the first quarter of 2004, according to Coldwell Banker. Model units will be available for viewing Saturday, with the sales office opening Sunday.
