Michael Meek and Bart Canada escorted a tarred and feathered David Franklin as James Norris looked on during a Boston Tea Party re-enactment yesterday aboard the Falls of Clyde ship at the Aloha Tower Marketplace. The re-enactment was part of a month-long celebration of the U.S. Constitution by the Masonic Lodges of Hawaii, Honolulu.
