Lourdes Siobal Bisquera, 68, of Waipahu, an employee of various food service military installations at Schofield Barracks, Camp Smith, Ford Island and Hickam Air Force Base, died Sept. 4, 2003, in St. Francis Medical Center. She was born in Bangued, Abra, the Philippines. She is survived by husband Angel B., sons Petronilo and Crispin, daughters Saturnina Workman and Marcela Fraizer, brother Fortunato Siobal, 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
