Asashoryu alone in first

TOKYO >> Yokozuna Asashoryu is the last undefeated sumotori at the Autumn Grand Sumo Tournament.

He improved to 6-0 and is in sole possession of first place today after beating Hokutoriki (2-4) by tsuriotoshi (lifting body slam).

Tamanoshima picked up his first loss -- by oshidashi (frontal push out) to Kakizoe.

Yokozuna Musashimaru, or Hawaii's Fiamalu Penitani, is sitting out the tournament.
