Police officers put down their badges and picked up trays at Ward-area restaurants yesterday to raise money in the "Tip-a-Cop" fund-raiser. Tips they received will go to Special Olympics Hawaii for its 12th annual fund-raiser. Honolulu police Chief Lee Donohue started wife Lucille on her lunch at Brew Moon.
