Betty Boyd Bowser, 83, of Kailua, former owner of Betty Boyd Antique Jewelry & Collectibles, died Aug. 3, 2003, in Kailua. She was born in Grand Island, Neb. She is survived by sons Charles "Chip," Dana "Danny," and David; daughter Julie Gratz-Abolila; stepdaughter Joan Bowser DeLon; sisters Mary Alice Boughn and Marjorie Woodfin; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Juan Layugan "Johnny" Casimiro, 51, of Kaneohe, a Royal Hawaiian Movers employee, died Aug. 5, 2003, in St. Francis Medical Center. He was born in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, the Philippines. Joseph Ping Kwai Chun, 90, of Honolulu, a retired photographer, died Aug. 5, 2003, in Island Nursing Home. He was born in Honolulu. Luisa Taguiam Echavarre, 89, of Honolulu died Aug. 1, 2003. She was born in Santiago Ilocos Sur, the Philippines.
