Just wild about
Burke’s bikinis

YOU'VE DROOLED over her for years when she was host of E! Entertainment's "Wild On ..." travel series -- or at least I did. Head into Waikiki tonight for a glimpse of Brooke Burke's latest venture, a new line of swimwear called "Barely Brooke."

The fun starts at 7 p.m. at the Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel, with models strutting their stuff poolside and 21 Magazine in the house covering the event for an upcoming issue. At 10 p.m. the party moves to Tiki's Grill and Bar, where DJ Justin Carvalho and vocalist Traci Hitchcox will entertain; a special art exhibition and dance performances are also planned. 97.5 KPOI's Fil Slash will emcee; call 949-515-7979 for details ...

MISS THE Hawaii State Farm Fair last weekend? Former Maui resident Tony Angelo brought his hypnotism show to Aloha Stadium, and Touch of Gold, Battle Royale and No Bare Feet performed as well.

The Farm Fair continues Thursday through Sunday and includes tons of stuff to do for the entire family. Call 485-1770 for more info and an updated listing of events ...

OVER AT the Honolulu Zoo, the "AT&T Wildest Show in Town" takes place tomorrow at 6 p.m. with featured entertainer Ledward Ka'apana. Doors open at 4:35 p.m. so you can settle in and enjoy the sunset; the show's $1 admission charge benefits efforts to help the endangered Hawaiian hawk. Call 531-0101 ...

THIS WEEK marks the end of National Beer Month, but that isn't stopping Ryan's in Ward Centre from continuing its annual "International Beer Fest" through the end of August. There are dozens of different brews available from around the world to try, and live entertainment is also in the mix on Monday and Wednesday nights. Tomorrow night's featured band is Native Blend; call 591-9132 for reservations ...

TICKETS GO on sale Friday for a night with comedian Bobcat Goldthwait Aug. 29 at Pipeline Cafe. Most people will remember the 41-year-old New York native for his roles in the "Police Academy" movies from the '80s, but he's since worked in television, done voice-overs for animated films and even directed episodes of "Chappelle's Show" and "The Man Show" on Comedy Central.

Tickets for this one are $20 general admission, $25 for reserved table seating, and are available at Pipeline and Hawaii's Natural High. Call 926-3000 ...
