Norwegian
looks for crew
on neighbor isles


Norwegian Cruise Line is looking for shipboard employees for its new year-round U.S.-flagged ships, Pride of America and Pride of Aloha, and will have job fairs on Maui, the Big Island and Molokai.

NCL America is looking for entry-level crew, management positions, food and beverage employees, entertainers and medical staff positions. The ships set sail next year.

The job fairs will be:

Maui, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., today, Maui Community College

Molokai, 10 a.m.-6 p.m., Monday, Kulana Oiwi Hale

Hilo, 8 a.m.-7 p.m., Wednesday, Hilo Hawaiian Hotel

Kona, 8 a.m.-7 p.m., Friday, King Kamehameha Hotel

Job fairs already have taken place on Kauai and Oahu.

Norwegian also announced yesterday that it will open a Honolulu office next month, to be headed by Miami-based executive Robert Kritzman.
