3 tied for first
with 2 days remaining


NAGOYA, Japan >> Chiyotaikai, Kaio and Miyabiyama each won to remain in a tie for first place at 10-3 today at the Nagoya Grand Sumo Tournament.

Musoyama, Tokitsuumi and Tosanoumi lost to fall out of a tie for first. They are now tied in fourth place with Wakanosato.

Struggling grand champion Musashimaru, Hawaii's Fiamalu Penitani, pulled out Friday and Asashoryu quit later, leaving the tournament without a yokozuna.
